Billing Information feature allows the customer to view the current month bill details including total amount due and due date. You can also access the bill information of the previous months.

Complaint Management: Unsatisfied with the services, have an issue with the bill or any other matter of concern. File a complaint by entering the required information and your message and submit on the app. Not only this, but you can also share the services feedback with them.

I submitted my e-bill registration request through the SSGC app, but it's been several days with no confirmation or update. I also followed up via email with full details, but still no response. The app has potential, but customer support and request handling need serious improvement. Timely communication is essential, especially for billing. Please fix the follow-up system.

Here’s the proper English version of your sentence: "Zero response. I lodged a complaint through the app, but there has been no gas supply at all. The complaint remained on the app for a month, and now it is not even showing there anymore."

No one attends to your complains, and they are marked as completed? this is app loop hole. unless client responds to app with some feedback, the complaint should not get closed at all.
