Ratings and reviews

Would be a perfect score but the app needs notification pop up alerts for when our flights are ready to check in. Removing the constant checking of the app would be a step forward.

The bag tracker on the app is a complete lie.. I had a stop over and recieved a txt saying my bag had been collected and loaded on to the next plane. I found out through the support desk it was actually left at the stop over destination.

Surely adding a bag sending a boarding pass out to the person that you are travelling with is a basic requirements? What is the point of this app exactly? A "landing page" substitute for the website?
