So grateful that I don't have to leave my house to send it! **** Well, I absolutely reviewed this too soon! For some reason, my transfer was flagged as suspicious, which meant I had to go all the way down to the store any way. And not only can I not imagine any possible reason for this, but could not get anyone to give me any reason, so I was left feeling unjustly accused with no recourse to clear my name!

App does not work. I got stuck in a loop where it would force me to log in over and over again. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I just get the "something went wrong" error over and over. A financial app should NEVER have these issues, disgraceful.

EDIT: I had a credit alert that my information was found on the dark web could be identity theft . This happened about the same time I was dealing with the Ria people. It locked me out of my account and won't even let me back in even though I gave them the proof that I am me. If you accidentally enter something wrong a couple times like updating your debit card for instance, they lock you out and you have a difficult time getting back in even with an appeal. This app is extremely shady.
