It is better than it used to be but there is a particular glitch or something that makes me nervous .On three separate devices now starting roughly a year ago once the app is opened I will get a notification in my drop that says the application is running and the only way to get it to stop is to go into the app and force stop. Makes me worry that if someone was able to hack into my phone that it would be that much easier to get into my bank account. Otherwise the app is halfway decent.

The app will rarely open for me. What's the point of online banking if you can never get on it. I have made several calls about the issue.. then I am able to get on for a day or two, but then I'm back to the 80's. I wish it was still Bank of America my sister has them still and the online services are up to date with the technology available.

Love the convenience, but, when I close the app and do something else, the app pops up and opens again. This has happened on multiple devices. Also, sometimes I am not able to access my account balance after logging in.
