I love Wegmans and the drive-up service is wonderful but the app needs some serious improvement. It's slow and laggy and on more than a few occasions I've had to call the store to let them know I'm there to pick up my order because the app has totally crashed. I've started using other grocery stores instead because their apps are so much smoother than this one.

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app it has many bugs. The "add to order" and "review changes now" options do not work when placing a pickup order. I click on them and nothing happens. Also, it does not bring me to the screen to select "I'm at the store" even though the order is ready. This has happened multiple times and I have to call the store when I'm there to pickup my order.

I like Wegmans, but the app functionality and rewards of being a regular customer are poor. I can not add items to an existing order or when my shopper can not find the item I want and need to replace. I can use the search bar, and the results will show, but I can not choose the results and make it unable to move forward with the shopping experience. Additionally, it would be an enhanced experience if coupons and rewards for being a loyal and regular customer were more rewarding.
