I wanted to try out nutrisystem before committing to the monthly plan so I bought some of their frozen food from the Walmart website. It is shipping to me directly from nutrisystem. My problem is this app won't let me do anything in it without buying from it. I cannot log the meals that I have bought and will eat unless I buy it from the app. No logging progress or anything. But on the listings it directed me to the app, implying it was free. App is already bad and I can't find a help line.

I love half of the food. I always choose a plan that allows me to pick food, never allowing them to choose. My biggest complaint is calling nutrisystem I always get a foreign person that I cant understand. They have a good English vocabulary and I'm sure they are tested on that. However, the accents are so strong that its very difficult to understand. I'm sure they are not tested or hired on that issue. I dread having to call. Using chat online is useless. They are all programmed responses.

Give me back the old Numi app! Many of the Nutrisystem products do not scan and are not in the app. I think this may be due to the Jenny Craig merger. Many off the shelf products are also missing as well as restaurant menu items. No linking to your fitbit or other health apps. Totally worthless app, too time consuming to use due to all the missing databases.
