Ratings and reviews

Quite useless - can't use it to search by type of store, only by store name. Directions to stores are confusingly presented (the ones on the touchscreens in Westfield are much better). Chatbot is very poor, it just parrots stock phrases that have little to do with what you asked. Does have decent info on accessibility, etc.

latest versions are unusable and don't get past the logo on white screen. I can now only see what's happening on the website. I'm sure there used to be benefits to having the app when visiting but it hasn't worked for so long now that I can't remember what. Why promote it through the emails etc when it can't be used? Before you ask, I have tried emptying cash & cookies and reinstalling it several times.

It simply does not load on my Pixel 9 (Android 16). Developer shall be ashamed and Westfield group as well. It just show a logo on white background. Login on a website does work, but you need the app to see benefits, extend parking etc. Fix it!
