Meet Willow® Pump Generation 3, the most advanced model yet of the world’s first quiet, all-in-one in-bra wearable breast pump. The Willow Generation 3 app tracks milk flow in real time and includes new features like app control (play, pause or adjust suction from your phone), fast, easy pairing, step-by-step onboarding, and personalized pumping tips. The Willow Generation 3 app is for use exclusively with the Willow Wearable Breast Pump Generation 3.

REAL-TIME DATA: As Willow works inside your bra, the Willow app helps you keep tabs on your pumping progress. The app shows you how much milk you’ve pumped and how long you’ve been pumping on each side. It also displays your current phase and suction level, and lets you know when it’s time to charge the pump.

APP CONTROL: Introducing our newest feature, app control - now you can play or pause your pump or adjust suction from your phone.

ALERTS + NOTIFICATIONS: The app sends personalized tips to help you get the most of pumping, and updates to tell you what’s happening while you pump. Turn on push notifications to stay informed even when you’re not in the Willow app.

HISTORY: Your entire pumping history is available in the app, so you can start to discover patterns in your milk production and meet your breastfeeding goals.

First of all, the pumps themselves are great on their own. I love that I can get things done around the house without worrying about tubes and cords tangling up. That said, I must agree with most of the moms who complained about the cost of pumps compared to the usability of the app. In the simplest of terms, the app sucks. I wish they would do a software update to fix many of the bugs: connectivity issues, control...etc. improve their features and add more features to enhance user experience

This app is horrible. It does not update while pumping. The right pump constantly goes back and forth in the app from stimulation to expression. It won't let me pause or increase suction. The timer consistently pauses. It keeps telling me to turn on my pumps to download update but when I do nothing happens. Real time data is inaccurate. I have to wait until finished pumping to know the actual results. The idea of this app is great but execution is horrible.

The app offers minimal functionality. For a premium smart pump like the Willow 3.0, I would have expected basic app features like being able to set a preferred suction level so I didn't have to adjust it manually each session, being able to specify how long I want to pump for, and maybe even more complicated programming like power pumping. It defeats the purpose of having hands-free wearable pumps if I have to reach for my phone every 2 minutes.
