Well, I started off trying to use a valid promo code that the app refused to take, so not a great start. Getting assistance with it isn't very good either, you can only send a message and wait to hear back from them, which doesn't help when you're trying to order food right now. The store employees that you can call can't do anything if you're having trouble with the app, and the app itself isn't great to look at or easy to navigate. Wanna customize your order? Too bad!

App doesn't work ever. Literally never. I add food, go to try and pay, and get an error literally every time. The website is the same, never lets me pre-order, not once. Which means I can never use the coupons they send because I am unable to mobile order. I see the coupon and I want to order, but I get so mad that it's just bait that I end up ordering somewhere else instead.

The Wings are great but the app is very restrictive and buggy. The new menu is also very limited and is really missing some of the previously offered combos/meals. It's a shame they got rid of many different flavors, hopefully they will rethink some of their menu choices. Overall a poor experience with the app, thankfully the food being great is a silver lining.
