Ratings and reviews

Just waiting for it to go wrong again. The timer is just sitting in the "quick notification" up top and won't clear. **3 years later, after reporting this and still not fixed. Other problems I keep reporting to Xero nothing gets fixed, very frustrating company to deal with. This may of been fixed but now the problem is back again

The app overall is good but the big feature that makes life simple and ultimately has stopped deployment for additional users with my company is that the location tracking doesnt work. Ive added the location to 2 projects now made sure the app has precise gps access in permissions but it never logs any of the times to enter anywhere. You have to still manually enter time which is disappointing. If they fixed that it would be a huge time saver and well worth the money for the additional users.

Worst software and worst company I've ever dealt with. They have designed an app which is absolute junk. Charge a premium price tag. Then don't give any support or even read the issues with the software. There are literally hundreds and thousands of complaints and idea written in their 'ideas' page for the app. Not one idea has been address or even looked at. Absolute rubbish service. It's very simple, Xero is good and easy for accountants. To everyone else, the products and services are rubbish
