The bank is good but it needs to fix certain things, the app is very basic for a bank, the card does not notify you when you have an expense, you cannot cancel a transaction, they charge 15 USD fees to transfer within the United States, and 25 dollars International, it is a good option This bank but it has a lot of room for improvement, the app is out of service almost all the time, I like it, but if they don't improve we should migrate.

One of the most frustrating process, i heard they used to have good banking services but right now they don't have proper way to empanel new customers. They don't have pre-requisite for opening a business account, they will keep asking you for documents. Zenus must have a required documents list for opening an account on their website which should match the documents they request.

I've tried to apply multiple times over the course of a year. All of them were met with technical errors that ultimately led to my application being declined without further explanation, all times taking at least a month to be resolved. Customer service experience is terrible, they don't seem to even read what they're being asked. The app feels poorly put together. Overall experience is mediocre. I can't even imagine how poorly are current users served with the trash customer service.
