Ratings and reviews

Great app, especially from a startup. It had a couple problems when it launched, but they update the app frequently, adding new features and fixing any bugs. Everything works great now & it has been a great experience. They use Plaid to add your bank account, and mine wasn't recognized. But I called Customer Service and they added it for me in less than 5 minutes. Nice to have a card from a company that doesn't hate me, and that has great customer service. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. Always updating the app and providing new features.

The COIGN app is great. There were a few glitches in the beginning but everything runs smoothly now. Great card and great access.
