With this version it's hit and miss on whether i can pull up a missed chat. Some pull up as expectwd, and others it just spins indefinitely, forcing you to give up and back out of the chat details. This version follows a major update on the salesiq portal so i'm sure there's some sifting to be done. Desktop web portal works just fine, and the last time there was a major salesiq remodel, the android app had the same issue. It was eventually resolved and this time i'm sure it will as well.

It's a nice app, I really like it! But I think it would be great if you could add an option to edit messages after sending them. Sometimes we make small typing mistakes or want to correct something, but there’s no way to edit the message right now. It would really help if users could edit their sent messages to fix typos or make changes

Hi Adesakin, We have already supported the ‘Edit’ option in our Android mobile app. To make use of this feature, please go to Settings -> Brands -> Click on the brand name -> Configurations -> Under "Privacy" -> Message actions -> Check the "Edit" option for "Operators".

The app is decent overall, but it doesn’t function as effectively as other providers like Tidio or Tawk.to. Its AI only works when an operator is online, and when there’s no operator available, customers just see “We’re offline.” This means it can’t assist users through automated chat responses when support staff are unavailable.
