I was trying to report an outage, but I forgot my credentials. I can't recover them without my account number. How am I supposed to find my account number when everything is paperless? Obviously the people designing this app didn't think through some basic things. Ridiculous.

I love apps where once you're signed in they stay signed in forever and so I just touch it and pay my bill and in less than 30 seconds I'm in & out

Easy bill pay and decent rates . Not sure how summer will look compared to Xcel , but we'll see😅🙈
