Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

They have cancelled my relocation request that I have personally raised through the App without getting back to me. That was fter 2 days of me waiting for the service. I had to escalate but unfortunately they did nothing! Other than asking me to raise a new request to wait for several more days. I have to say after 5 years being du customer! I have unfortunately to cancel all my services. Before that I had no complaints maybe other than the coverage, but overall experience was good.

the app keeps crashing and its impossible to buy roaming data when traveling- very bad service overall. Not able to get through to anyone at DU and despite several written complaints the issue is being ignored. Considering other options with other service providers...
