I frequently find the advertised promotion that I receive through email are not picked up by the app. Just now as I logged onto the app, there was a Code for a promotion being offered by the location I frequent, and when I properly entered the code, received an Invalid notification. This has happened on other occasions. Additionally, there is so way to customize their menu pizzas that you don't design from scratch. Frustrating and disappointing.

I am unable to order through the app. The user interface appears to be broken, and you cannot choose a location from which to order. The online ordering system is run by the same company and has the same issues. This means you are unable to take advantage of "order online" deals AT ALL until this is fixed. Update: 6/24 This app still has a number of inconveniences, but at least you can order through it now.

I really used to like the Farrellis fire club. I will admit it used to actually motivate me to return to our local restaurant. ThIs app was a horrible decision for the brand. It is the worst app ever. A most recent change tries to force you to join memberships at other restaurants. Looking for a new favorite restaurant... Maybe the new Hops n Drops being built across the street.
