I joined the App in July 2025. easy to use, super fast, no endless updates which can be confusing. I see my investments growing exponentially as well as decreases in my investments when the markets are not good. I had to withdraw from my emergency fund in September 2025. it was quick and there was not paperwork. The only problem is I am unable to deposit using my capitec account. I love this app.

I've been trying to open the app for the past 3 days. It has been frozen on the front page, I can't press anything. I've closed the app and reopened it multiple times, and yet its still not working. Please do something about this issue.

I've had the app for over a year and a half. It's been working perfectly fine until recently. There's always issues when you have to log in and withdraw funds. For an emergency app, you'd expect the funds to be easily accessible and the app to be user friendly. The customer service is also terrible cause they hardly ever respond to queries and when they contact you, they call using a private number which is quite strange esp cause this is a financial institution.
