Why this app is allowed on the play store is beyond me. It worked for a while when I first installed it on my pixel 6 back in 2022. For at least the last year and a half the app just refuses to work. I enter my login credentials and click login, but the app just sits at the login screen. I tried clearing the cache and data, then uninstalling, then rebooting. Then tried reinstalling, but the problem persists. And for some reason my user name is already entered after a reinstall. This app is trash

The app is pretty convenient and user friendly. However, I cannot view my letters. One other thing is I could not click the 'Accept' button for turning on the option to login using my fingerprint because I keep my display on large and the button was off screen with no ability to scroll down or move the page. I would imagine this would affect many people with sight issues. Thank you.

I love the app option instead of using the website, mailing, or faxing!! This is much more convenient and easier for me!! There are a couple improvements that could be made to give it the 5 stars. One would be to add the ability to log in with fingerprint or save passwords. The other would be the ability to upload documents from files or Google Drive (or iCloud for the Apple users). I had more trouble finding somewhere to print documents so I could take pictures than I did too upload them.
