I have unfortunately upgraded and now I cannot access my account. I type in my password and all the numbers are off-centered not lined up with the underscores. I also try uninstalling it and reinstalling it then my password worked but the second six digit number I put in doesn't work The numbers again are off centered causing an error. Saying saying oops something went wrong or something to that effect. I was looking forward to this. Because I have had prior issues using their card

Card started off great and was fully functional with OMNY, but after a week of it not being recognized by OMNY and ultimately being charged twice per ride (OMNY recovery fee) and the fare on a non-future card to enter the platform, the brand isn't as functional as other cards. Fumbling around in your digital wallet to make it to work on time because your default tap to pay isn't working correctly is unacceptable. Lost me as a customer. Off to more established/functional cards :)

Upgraded card but downgraded system apparently, I'm trying to link my new checking account and Plaid (which is a forced option) says it was successfully linked but then Future says that some "counterpart data" is missing and doesn't link anything... First time ever that I see such an error using Plaid.
