Ratings and reviews

Frequently failed to retrieve saved application due to server problem. During payment process, the system has problem again and noticed the fee was charged only from the credit card record but there was no confirmation from the app. Also no email acknowledged my application. Now I am not sure if the whole application process is completed.

It's not really an app. Just a bunch of redirect to the web browser. The non-mandatory fields in the forms were made mandatory, creating a circular dead lock. Feedbacks flagged in 2018 is still a problem today. uninstalled.

I've been trying to fill my registration form through this app as well as from the main site and i've continuously received an unforced error at the final step of registration. Pls fix this. My appointment is scheduled for next month.
