I paid more for the delivery services which is 1 hour delivery, and i had to wait for 3 hours. Amazing, next time dont blame other things for your mistake/ Delayed , if u can't take a lot of order at the same time, recruit more people. And if it's raining in ur Area warehouse, prepare a raincoats for the courier. What a shame. Also, this is my first order from this app, i uninstall this app after this happen. So inconvenience!

Really disappointed, the stock not available but refund without any notice! The systems is down so many times and the CS not really much helping. This is the last time I bought something here. Not even worth for 1 star And the REFUND ISN'T AVAILABLE IN THE APPS so need some help from the VERY unhelpful CS, I would delete my account for this complicated apps.

Suddenly the products are out of stock and we can't withdraw the refund to our bank account. It happens so often, very very often, almost in my every purchase. This is disappointing. It seems they force us to keep spending our money on their application even the products that we want are not available. Auto uninstall.
