This app is Not very user friendly. After Scanning the QR code on the bus * I was not able to enter Route Number. (Multiple Attempts) *Was unable to enter originating stop . *Was unable to enter Destination stop. *Data of the Buses are missing. (Nothing was shown in the map) Instead of typing the Originating and Destination stops some sort of List Of stops must be displayed. Typing in a Moving bus cause so many typos. Got really frustrated to use this app. 0/10 Experience Really ! 👎

If I say it honestly, this app is a complete fraud, rubbish. If you keep relying on it, you will keep paying fine. The Government does not pay attention to any other thing, but if there is even a minute delay in taking the ticket, they forcibly take a fine. There was an issue due to which I should have got a refund, I complained to you clearly but nothing happened from your side.

Hi Chartr team, call support or chat support not in app. I face issue with wrong station name during booking due to auto detected wrong station I unable to enter in metro station..I tried to reach you but I see only email support option there. how anyone contact instant if any issue needs to resolve on priority. also ticket cancellation option not available. must be available sometime wrong booking happened the cancel the ticket. thanks
