Downgraded from 4 star to 2 star especially because they removed tradingview technical chart which was very very user friendly and switched it with their own indmoney technical chart, a cheap replica of tradingview. Raised a ticket multiple times but the problem wasn't resolved, the only answer I get is that they can't help me right now as there is a technical issue. Now their is another feature called Mind which is commendable but occupies extra space in the chart, it should be put elsewhere.

I used the INDmoney app to complete a mobile recharge, but the recharge was not processed. It has been over 48 hours, and the status is still showing as pending. However, the amount has already been deducted from my account. I tried waiting, but nothing has been updated. This is very disappointing and inconvenient. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and improve the recharge service worst app don't use this app my sincere request

INDmoney has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My deposit has been stuck for 20+ days, the app doesn’t allow me to upload the bank statement, and even after sending screen recordings, they kept giving copy-paste replies. No proper support, no resolution. I’m closing my account and also closing two more family accounts that I had recommended earlier. If your money gets stuck here, good luck — you’ll be on your own.
