Nova aims to provide user-friendly access to Polkadot features, such as token transfers, staking, contribution to the parachain crowdloans. Nova prioritizes quality first, thus the app provides maximized security and performance for the users.

Ratings and reviews

I think it's great that there's a new wallet entering the market. The more options there are, the better it is for users. Nova Wallet seems to have a nice, modern interface, and I like the focus on security and user experience. However, I would suggest adding more features and integrations with other platforms, such as NFT marketplaces and DeFi protocols.

The staking rewards is not clear if you get them. They show it but you are not sure if your original amount changed by the rewards. No redeem rewards function. I unstaked and my countdown has been stuck in 2 days 6 hours for more than 2 days. Redeem button is grayed out and not click able. Not sure if the validator has issues. Just frozen and no support.

this has been the worst experience I've been on the phone for the past 3 hours trying to get this money deposited into Cash app I sent the only dollar I had to the gentleman and he's telling me I have to send more when I have nothing more to send having a hard time paying my bills and feeding my children due to being out of work due to medical reasons I asked him to send me the dollar back and he keeps telling me to be patient I have screenshots of everything they claim they work for Nova
