App itself is okay. It freezes a lot. The widget constantly goes blank showing no crypto inside of it. It is also very bright. The widget needs a dark mode. It should follow the theme of the app, or have several options when selecting the widget. Watchlist takes quite a while to update. As far as the exchange itself goes, I like that I can buy coins here that I can't on other exchanges. Customer service could be better. They take forever (weeks to months) to reach out. Dark mode widgets please.

Overall, Gemini came out with the bang. however that bang turned into a whimper when I found frequently the app wouldn't open. Then, I've tried to link bank accounts a dozen times without any success. It acts like it's going to work but fails to ever add the bank account. There's certainly no message as to why it failed. Finally the most frustrating is that a clock on support under the menu, nothing happens. Great idea that's a failure in practice.

The app worked great until recently. Now it is full of non-stop loading issues. My credit card balance doesn't match the website. I can't access my crypto balance. Using the website does allow me to pay my credit card balance, but it has its own issues when I attempt to transfer crypto. Edit: App is working better after a fresh install. Still quite slow in places, but I was able to transfer crypto
