Ratings and reviews

Great idea. Needed better execution. App feels like beta testing mode. Card has no account number and from time to time you can not see it in the app from a glitch. Also credit lines are low. 10% of another credit card I have. If you make less than 170k and lower than an 800 credit score with single digit credit use, good luck getting a credit line. And you can not pay for charges as you go to get ahead of the credit line restrictions.

App UI needs to get better. It's clunky and its app is not friendly. Need better stats and the app bugs are out of control. I can't click on a selection within the app when trying to select a reward in the credit card section. The credit card also needs better detail and customer support, it's fraud alerts are out of control. This has been going on for years.

Do not download this app. I uploaded my ID and waited hours, but my account was never verified. After 24+ hours, I contacted support, only to receive slow, automated responses that did not solve the issue. The lack of real help was unprofessional and frustrating. I wanted to use Gemini Exchange, but this experience was terrible. New customers, be warned—this app wastes time and does not provide reliable service.
