I'm new to the app and one major issue which isn't really an issue but a major inconvenience is having to put in my sign in information namely my password. That along with having a verification code sent everytime I login. It is simply tiring. I understand security, it'd be better having the app remember the info and require a pin to access your cash n go account. Other than that there's no issue, will update if any arise.

I installed the app 3 times could never add my cell number to create a profile (242) area stays on the number and cannot be changed this is super inconvenient and the company continues to refer back to using this app.. Now I have to pay thur the phone which includes a $4 service fee If I had extra money I would have never needed a loan to begin with

You'll regret trying to do business with them!! All they will do is tell pretend like they are doing something good & beneficial but it will screw you in the long run. needed to update my banking information & the website won't allow me to do unless I remember my bank information from 11 years ago & when they call you from the store and ask if you want to continue your application online they can't update my info for me either & now the 1-800 can't help me because the lady at the store did
