Absolutely unacceptable experience – dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unfair! I booked a taxi through the app today, and when the driver arrived, the meter already showed €20 before I even got in. The driver claimed they “charge from the moment they start driving to you,” which is a total scam — there was no warning, no message, no information whatsoever about this hidden fee in the app. I ended up paying far more than I should have, and it felt like being tricked and taken advantage

I was easily able to set up the app on my phone (I strongly recommend the Whatsapp verification) and was able to book a 4 am taxi pick up with no issue. Driver was on time and got me to the airport with time to share. Will definitely use again when I'm back in Florence.

Not very good. You can't book a taxi in advance. You can't even do that by telephone. Allow TONS of time to call this company (which covers all the taxi operators in Siena) because it took 55 minutes, and 14 calls (they keep saying "Nothing available, please try in a few minutes") to get a taxi on a Sunday. Two stars for the operator.
