The app is nice but the bank is atrocious. We've lost 1000s of dollars in fradulent transactions and were told to contact the shops where the transactions happened for refunds instead of the bank bothering to contact the shops for refunds themselves. For some of the transactions such as Facebook it is sometimes impossible to directly contact support and as such it may be crucial for the bank to take action. We are devastated and don't know what to do.

Can't say anything good things about this bank and app. The functionality of visa2visa transfers has stopped working. The support played football with me for two weeks without solving the problem. They blamed the recipient's bank for everything, although nothing reached him. As it turned out, the problem is massive, the recipient banks are different, and the support brazenly lies to its customers. Delete, close the account and never contact again.
