Update: the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with, if you encounter an issue just consider moving forward with another company. It's been more than two years and they still don't want to send me my sim card. This is by far the worst costumer service I dealt with, they tell you lies, that the problem is solved just to ditch you. I waited for sim card I have bought 2y ago to come. I asked for a refund but clearly the want me to try and take another subscription. Consider something else.

does what it promises, yet it needs a lot of improvements in performance for example switching between tabs takes forever and it's just like the web app no difference

It is a good service for me, but it still has some annoying bugs that they need to fix but seem to ignore. most importantly YOU NEED TO FIX THE CARD ADDING BUG, it's one of the main things of the app is the way of payment. just how they won't see into fixing it is sad..
