Bad interaction with Android auto. If you use Android auto and Liigu simultaneously the system will repeatedly quit, and when you stop you need to force restart the app before you'll be able to lock the doors. Support was also completely unhelpful. Save yourself the anxiety and just rent a car where they give you a key

I rented a car from May 24 to 26 at Nice airport, my flight was one hour late. Being on the plane, it was impossible for me to contact them to announce this delay. While the car was in the parking lot and I paid the parking surcharge due to my delay, they decided to add a €50 late fee to my rental. These charges are completely unjustified and arbitrary. The car being there my delay did not cause them any additional cost. This looks more like a scam here than a real rental service.

I had a disappointing experience with Liigu. They refused to accept a payment card that was different from the card used for the security deposit, unlike many other car rental companies. Their support team cited fraud prevention, but this was the first time I encountered such a policy. Despite explaining my situation, they charged a EUR 50 fee for late cancellation. Based on this, I find it hard to recommend Liigu as a reliable car rental service.
