I am sure the ride itself is nice, but it seems unreliable. After pre-booking it, when I didn't see my ride, I checked the app and it just said "no driver available". I had pre-booked it 2 hours earlier to the bus station to catch the bus out of the city. If I hadn't left myself ample time and the weather was bad enough that I couldn't catch other taxis, it could have been disastrous. At least the app functions are easy to navigate.

Barely useful. You cannot pay via app, the price you see is not what you pay and what is even worse, scheduling a ride for even the next day doesn't mean you'll get it. Unreliable

I used it today twice and it was perfect! I scheduled a pick-up an hour before to take me to Niagara. I scheduled to be picked back up again and taken home 4 hours later. Both times the drivers were on time, friendly, and smooth ride. Highly recommended. I'll use them when I need to go somewhere tomorrow and to get to the bus station.

What’s new

In this release, we’ve improved the Saved places feature. Users will now be prompted to add their home, work, or any other frequently used address directly from the main screen. We’ve also updated the colours for the Dark mode. Now, in the dark, the interface will look softer.
