Paid 50 reload but wrongly key in no. Chat with cust service, and replied 'I will check' (typed in capital letter) with no thank you or say sorry. Waited for a while, get no response. I never get that 50 back. Stop relying on this apps. Imagine if you spent hundreds, and this company ghosted you. There was no way to rate this apps before so since it's in the store, i will rant because i lost 50. Just use traditional way to top up

disappointed agian and again!!!.......its not resolved. 1. i fill up my information verify account it always said 'please verify your account 2. everytime i used bank in or banking online method its always take hours to credit into my srs's account its annoying me 3. news problem i cant open apps at all..how long i must bear with it...please fix it.. for improvement i think you can tell us how much we pay for every time we make transaction..thankyou edited: cannot tap on anything 😡

Bad, very bad! The old app is far better. Why do you need to access location, or microphone, or something very unnecessary for this app? As long as we don't approve the permission the app cannot be used at all. Very very bad! Why does topup app need to access PRECISE location? What's the need? If there's other app available for sure I won't be using this ridiculous app. THE WORST APP I'VE EVER FOUND IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE! WORST!
