I only gave it 1 star because there is NO 0 star option!!!!! This is the worst crypto platform out. They only offer a handful of cryptos to choose from. On mobile & and web, the average cost, cost basis, nor the profit/loss is viewable. That's the 1st rule of the game; am I making or losing money. Don't waste your time or your money with this app/platform!!!!!! Learn from my mistake. And to top it off. Now, after uninstalling and reinstalling the app I'm locked out of my account!!!! This sucks!!

This app is irritating. I place an order, it charges my account, then I can't withdraw the amount. This happened multiple times., first time the order went through after a WEEK, this time I'm still waiting.... Edit. They only tell you it takes a week to clear after you send them multiple tickets. But they're happy to take your money in the meantime without any forewarning on how long it will take.

Now that i have gotten my 340 dollars on my account that part is good. Now instead of doing the flukie bank transfer i want to do a ach transfer. I go through all the steps, verify bank info, then i get to the Plaid portion and then i pick my checking account and then nothing happens. Need a way where i can just link my credit, or debit card to the app, so i can buy without disruption. I want to add to my positions but doing the 3-5day bank transfer takes way too long, and prices fluctuate.
