If I could rate negative or zero I would. ALL11/11/19 cannot access again, payment made 10/24 9/27/19 issues fixed but could happen again. 9/26/19 Payment made 2 days prior but license not current, so I cannot book appointments or register payments. Currently waiting for a resolution after making contact So far I loving it. Haven't had it for very long so still working on understanding everything but it does everything I was wanting plus a few extras.

Every single advertisement for Tapgroom says FREE! Nothing is ever mentioned about payment unless you want to use reports, Statistics, Marketing and Accounting! I use the program for just a database and scheduler and suddenly the program locked up and demanded $15 per month! I am really pissed! My client info is in this app and I cannot use it! LIARS!

loved the app at the beginning. Now, dogs will be on there one day, then not the next day. or I will schedule a dog, and it will reschedule them for 2 weeks out on top of the one I book, and now I can't sync the app with another groomer. says update app, but Playstore says there is no update
