I am very unsatisfied with the app. I lose appointments. & double-book because the apps disappear. I can get an update from them or my phone and lose appointments again. Big issues with recurring appointments. After setting them they disappear. and so far I haven't seen a way to send SMS reminders automatically. I have to manually go in and do it. I have tried to email them or chat with them online and get nothing. I've asked for help and get nothing. I am going to look for another app.

I have been using this app for years and years. I absolutely love it. It has consistently gotten better with each update. They are always improving their platform and really listen to our input on things we would like to see in this app. It does every single thing you need to run your hair business. Makes appointments, accounting with details and reports, taxes, retail and inventory. Everything you need! I do wish it would tell us our retention rate for returning clients. Love this app!!

Love it. The only thing I would adjust is being able to pre split the booking times (not just an option to split after you book). Ie high lights 1 hour, gap 1 hour(gap automatic) cut/blow 1 hour, rather than needing to put it after. It will make the booking process much faster, and also it would be amazing to be able to split the expense invoice into more than one category. Other Than that.. It's amazing!
