The TapNail app has been very user friendly, and great collection of all data related to my nail business thats easily accessed. My only cons are the cost, and no choice to edit the template portion of the email appointment notice/reminder before sending. Many times the template wording doesn't work for some customers. Otherwise I highly recommend TapNail!

I have had to edit my review after having used this app for a couple of years now. It has been a great app. however the last few months I have had a lot of trouble with the online booking. Clients will book but I get no notification, some have even said they can't book online. Then the biggest shock to me was from the beginning of this month the app started using over a Gig data a day running in the background. I sent an email however almost a week later still nothing from the support.

I had to come change my review. While sometimes they may take a bit to answer emails the absolutely follow through on thier promises to make changes requested and fix issues. I am still so happy with this app and I've been using it for years. You can totally customize your data to properly reflect your business. Thank you.
