Absolutely horrendous App/minimal data protection, I tried to link an account to it since this was suggested by sterling customer service advisor, who BTW are absolutely terrible at their jobs, but I was unable to link any type of account cos their was no option to, messaged customer service and they told me to do exactly what I said I was unable to do like c'mon, I refuse to provide any information online as it seems their data protection is non existence. Sterling bank sucks cheeks.

It's comforting to know this app belongs to an actual bank. You can walk into the bank and make withdrawal, you can make Forex transactions with your debit card too. Beware that if you change devices, *you'll have to go through a long process to sign-in on switch app*. You probably want that level of security for a forex account, however tedious this seems. I haven't signed in ever since I changed devices. That isn't a problem for me though, I can still use my card and get email notifications

Lol. You asked us to link account but didn't provide an option to enter or select account number to proceed. Why is nothing actually working in Nigeria?
