Your recent upgrade ought to improve user friendliness. It did just the opposite. Before the update, I could copy OTP and paste, now, I have to input the numbers one at a time. God forbid I miss one, I have to start over. My annoyance is that your engineers should have tried this out before launching it and you let this pass. Please consider the users and correct it.

I got locked out because of the wrong password input, and it's taking the bank more than 48 hours to rectify. Dear Sterling Bank, please know that even the real owners can make mistakes with their password, I think its not reasonable that one is locked out after two mistakes. Shouldn't it be that when the correct password is provided, it grants access? why are you people trying to frustrate me? it's a corporate account because it's used for business.

pls I just download this app cause I was previously using the one bank app instead and changed my phone but it saying one bank cannot be downloaded on my phone so I download this one and now I can't login or open it and there are unable to deliver the otp early to my email I also try to reset the password but the otp is also not coming early to my email so I need help
