I think the old App is better than this new and frustrating one. App keep showing "Log on" and the Help desk keeps telling me I am logged in on a web. Please, It is better you get back to the old App. I have to get to the bank to make transactions and this is frustrating.

The only time it was working was the first week I downloaded it. It keeps blocking my access to the account. I have not been able to log in at all. Both the new and old app are not efficient. I have contacted customer care so many times to rectify this but still no correction. Please unblock my account so I can at least use it.

I started experiencing login issues on the old app recently, keeps saying to dowload the new one. Now ive downloaded this one and its even worse, can't do anything on it, I cant even login, keeps saying Error
