My experience with the app hasn't been going well at all. since the day I opened the account and made a deposit, I can't withdraw or make any transaction. I called the customer care and they said something along the line of me increasing my transaction limit and I've been stuck with that since. It never goes, it scans my face and doesn't proceed.

5 Star rating when: 1. I have an in-app option to send money anonymously. 2. I have an in app option to turn off SMS notifications for credit and debit alerts. (OTPs should remain on). 3. I don't need to input an account number before I can choose recipient bank. 4. I can click an icon to check real time transfer success rates for banks, without needing to input an account number. 5. I can actually request a physical card in-app. Great app already. But you can improve on these: ☝🏽 Thank you

Simple to use. Has enhanced security measures compared to my other apps. Verification was fast and easy too.
