I have been having a terrible experience with the app.. even after going to the adelabu branch. I didn't change my phone but it keeps saying new device detected and even when I go for the option and filling all the inputs, it keeps saying sorry your request failed, try again later.. Such a terrible experience.

I have been unable to login for about 2 days now. Everytime there is a new update and I try to sign in, it keeps saying "new device detected" even though I have registered the device before. And it fails. Fix this bug; it keeps happening every month. Now, I can't access my account and pay bills. Also, please provide a way to change security questions on the app. it is frustrating sending a handwritten note for that when I didn't use a handwritten note to create the questions in the first place.

The issues I raised earlier have been resolved. Now another issue is that so many times when I attempt a transfer, and I am about to confirm the transfer using my thumbprint, the amount will automatically change to ₦100, so many times if I don't cross-check again, I will send ₦100, and have to resend the exact amount thereafter. Please resolve it.
