Terrible app to say the least. Can't wait to switch banks. It is always something. I try to send money, the next screenvask for my transaction pin and shows 4 digit dot. I typed it in and get the error invalid otp, i never received any and why not ask for OTP instead of transaction pin? I have had nothing but issues on this app. Pay people that can help you manage your apps well.

Hello Sterling Bank, I’d like to suggest that your team please work on improving the network connection in the app. It usually takes a lot of time before I can log in, and that makes it difficult to perform urgent transactions. I really like using Sterling Bank, but this network issue can be frustrating sometimes. Please look into it so the app can be faster and easier to use. And I think the management need to do something else you guys will loose customer now see a lot of people complaining.

This bank is the worst nightmare that can ever happen to anyone, the customer care is worst, their organization is bad and yet you can think about resolving any problem you are having with them. when I wanted to open the bank, the phone number I gave them wasn't the one they use to open the account, they use the long lust number that I use for my bvn, it was until when they block my mobile app without offense that I discovered this mess and for months now have tried everything I could but no 😢
