Worst bank in the country. I tried using the bank after 4 years, Receiving an otp to activate the mobile app was a nightmare. I spoke with 2 customer care reps, and they all said it's been fixed, I gave up after trying for 5 days straight. Sms, Whatsapp and call, non of the options work. This is something Opay and the likes handle easily. They simply reminded me why I abandoned them 4 years ago. What a mess of a bank. 👎

Terrible app to say the least. Can't wait to switch banks. It is always something. I try to send money, the next screenvask for my transaction pin and shows 4 digit dot. I typed it in and get the error invalid otp, i never received any and why not ask for OTP instead of transaction pin? I have had nothing but issues on this app. Pay people that can help you manage your apps well.

This is the first time I'd be rating any app here since the Advent of android. This useless bank will just restrict your account without any prior notice, forcing you to upgrade your account. they could have sent a mail or something but no, in the middle of the night, I found out I couldn't transfer out of the account. Their customer care??? Biggest Jokers, they keep closing the case without attending to you. Just buy bikes and start dispatch business, you have the infrastructure. Useless!
