I love this app, but I don't like that calling is the only option. They talk about calling being best option in their FAQs, and their logic makes sense. But I hate making calls, have tried repeatedly to make myself do it, and it just doesn't work for me. In recent months I started using the app again, but let myself just send messages through rep's websites, and I've been so much more successful. Better that I send consistent bi-monthly messages, vs random calls a few times a year.

I've been using this app for a number of years now and not only does it make calling your representatives super easy with click-to-call options and scripts, but their customer service is absolutely amazing as well. I've reached out to inquire about a variety of topics and they always reasons quickly, often citing their own research in their responses. They clearly care about finding the just effective ways we can make an impact. Highly recommend.

This app makes it so easy to take action. I'm a person who gets VERY nervous making phone calls, but they give you a super clear script with instructions as well as all the important context (with credible sources!) to each situation. It's super easy to understand in plain language what is happening. If you're nervous like me, most of the time it's just leaving voicemails. If you're anxious about phone calls and the country's state, this is an easy & meaningful way to take action!!!
