The app works OK to tell you the basics like how much data, voice, sms are available and when they expire. However over the course of two months I was never able to complete a top up with any of several credit cards. It would near the completion stage, and my credit card company would ask me to verify which I did. As the app was doing the final processing, it failed every time with the cryptic message "something is wrong". Had to go back to the store twice to top up.

1. When you run out of Internet, they cut it off completely, although, it would have been a much better business strategy to keep the application connected so that a user could top-up his/her account from the app. Instead, you have to run to the nearest shop and it's a good thing if you are not abroad or in the middle of nowhere... 2. Unavailability of the app after 11 PM due to maintenance. 3. GBs with longer validity period are taken out first, so that you lose the ones with shorter validity.

My account is constantly being tampered with every time I turn around I have to change my password there should not be a reason why I have to keep changing my password in my account it's been externally tampered with, have not been able to sign into my account since October 3rd with my very own information always being opt out unable to make payment arrangements unable to make payments because being opt out of my account automatically by T-Mobile background or T-Mobile AGENT!! 11-11-2024
