It would be nice if the museums customer service responded to emails. I followed the link through this app, purchased tickets for 2 museum visits but after the payment it returned me to the visit Qatar app so I did not get a chance to take down the booking numbers. i realised I put the wrong email address (yes my error by one letter) however after emailing customer service at 7am this morning to point out my error nobody has still got back to me at 7pm. the tickets were for tomorrow.

Brilliant app. Shame the currency convertor seems to have disappeared on the latest update.

The app is helpful for exploring Qatar but I am unable to plan trips on this app it does not show the fare and the trip packages it would be great if you add trip packages so that people will not miss anything and enjoy the day to core for example i am planning for kite surfing but I am not aware of the price because sometimes when we go out with friends we might run out off cash
