For a cheap ride every now and then, via lc works. For a ride you can depend on, via lc is absolutely awful. Lately it's been nearly impossible for me to get a ride early in the morning or in the afternoon. I'd keep getting denied rides over and over again, making it extremely difficult to get where I need to go. If you're going somewhere and don't have a ride back, DONT DEPEND ON VIA LC. Also, I lost something in the car and never got it back, so don't expect your stuff notto get stolen if left

worst service ever always having problem with the app system not working they charge for Trips you don't even complete they charge without having a chofer it's to much hassle for there services it's like everything they use is outdated

its been a love/hate relationship with this app/service. I need to go to the college for classes and work and via is amazing for getting to campus in the morning, but trying to get back home from campus is god awful 80% of the time. Same with trying to schedule a ride after like 1p. So great if you need it in the morning, but terrible if you need it any other time.
