Notes you leave for the driver are never shared with the driver. I left my exact pickup location for the driver, and the driver still couldn't find me. Pick up is always 30 minutes to an hour after you schedule to be picked up. Edit: app is nearly impossible to use, do to nearly constant crashing. Whatever shadow updates are being done to this app, are actually severely destabilizing it. I wonder what sadist thought on-demand service in Rochester was a good idea....

Doesn't allow scheduling a ride when you're at a different location than the planned pickup location-when trying to change pickup location to be able to schedule a pickup there, changes location back to current location, which causes no rides to be available when actually getting to the pickup location

Standing out in the freezing cold the other day and the app would not book my trip. The busses do not go where I need to go (which is ludacris btw.) Tried multiple times and app just kept shutting down. No updates, patches, fixes or anyone I can call!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I plan on attempting the same trip today and hope there will be no issues bc this is ridiculous. How are people supposed to access this service with such a horrible app??
