Notes you leave for the driver are never shared with the driver. I left my exact pickup location for the driver, and the driver still couldn't find me. Pick up is always 30 minutes to an hour after you schedule to be picked up. Edit: app is nearly impossible to use, do to nearly constant crashing. Whatever shadow updates are being done to this app, are actually severely destabilizing it. I wonder what sadist thought on-demand service in Rochester was a good idea....

Great and helpful, always comfortable. The big buses don't go to my home area, and I am always able to get picked up for my appointments or to go grocery shopping. Drivers are pleasant and courteous. 1. Problem: Don't always get exact booking time. I give it 5 stars because it's way better than riding the big buses on a busy day. New: Virtual stops-- Say I go to the pharmacy, going home the ride would pass my home. Let me off at the virtual stop, then I have to walk back to my home.??

Doesn't allow scheduling a ride when you're at a different location than the planned pickup location-when trying to change pickup location to be able to schedule a pickup there, changes location back to current location, which causes no rides to be available when actually getting to the pickup location
