LE: After the dev feedback, i unistalled the old app that was called myenel. That was the reason it could not install. So it is working now. They implemented a dark pattern that "forces" you to allow notifications. It does not really force you, but it's hard to close the notification. Old: It can not be installed. It downloads and then i get a notification that app could not be installled. I have space on my phone, I installed other apps. It just does not work on a android samsung phone.

App keeps logging me out,no problem i can go back and log in. Surprise- today it doesn't accept the password. I try to change it, i place a 10,12, even a 20-character long password including small and capital letters and a special character out of the suggested, it still causes an error and would not allow me to add a new password. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but to no luck, the website does that as well.

Buna! Te rugam sa introduci o parola simpla, de forma Temp@1234 sau Temp123! Daca situatia semnalata persista, te rugam sa ne trimiti o captura de ecran cu eroarea afisata pe adresa de e-mail: mobile.ro@ppcgroup.com. Iar daca situatia a fost remediata, te rugam sa reevaluezi nota acordata aplicatiei. O zi frumoasa! Echipa PPC Energie

Clone of the previous app down to last bug. If you enable biometric login, you can't make online payments that require leaving the app momentarily in order to authorise the payment in the banking app. It logs you out instantly upon switching and the payment fails. Functionality would benefit from aggregation of multiple contracts on one sheet instead of the current form. Comparative costs don't work either, same as previous app. All copy/paste, no innovation besides the logo and color scheme.

The latest version of the app allows users to quickly access information about the Consumption Convention for electricity and natural gas directly from the app. In the dedicated section, users can see details of the estimated monthly consumption on which billing will be based if the customer does not provide the index.
