It has been very convenient to control my door locks, central air, and lights with the app. Sometimes it glitches. For example, I set up vacation mode while I was traveling. When I returned I disabled vacation mode and the lights are still going on and off as it's still enabled. Also, Also, sometimes the commands sent from the app don't go through. It usually resolves itself in an hour or less.

This app lags so bad it's almost comical. There was an entire party going on across the street and the app picked up on nothing. Somebody walks by across the street and the app will decide to pick it up randomly. Also, logging in after receiving an alert and the app takes at least 2-3 minutes to load just for me to see who is at my front door.

When using the app to unlock your door, it's best to do this at least 30 minutes beforehand. That's generally how long it takes for it to respond and actually work. I've often found my keys, made it inside, started doing whatever task I need to complete then I hear the BbbbrrrrrRrrRrrRrr of the lock finally unlocking. Was this app coded with common core math?
