About this app

With the app from X-trafik, you can plan your trip and purchase tickets to the public transport system in Gävleborg. Here are some things you can do inside the app:

Search and plan your trip:
• Click on a stop on the map or search for your trip from your current location or choose where you want to travel from.
• Use the heart symbol to save routes or trips as favorites and quickly get new information when the next bus or train departs.
• Our buses are equipped with GPS-trackers, which allows you to see the current location of your bus of choice.

Tickets:
• Buy one way tickets, 24-hour tickets or 30-day tickets.
• Pay easily with Swish or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
• Use the heart symbol to save your most common tickets as favorites.
• If there is an automatic ticket reader onboard the bus you can use it to scan your mobile ticket, otherwise you show the ticket to the staff onboard.

Traffic interferences:
• Traffic interferences or delays are presented along with your search results.

The app requires your smartphone to be connected to a mobile internet service or a WiFi with internet access for you to search trips and buy and use tickets.
The app also needs access to your smartphones location to suggest travel options from your current location.

Well, my experience up to this date, 19 Dec 2024, has been ok. But now the app says it is out of date for my phone. I also cannot login; the app wants me to create a new account every time. Then it says the account already exists, please login. I cannot login because some programmer did not do their job correctly.

I still have these problems. When searching for a trip I get stuck at loading suggested routs, and thus I can't buy a ticket... - Warnings about weak internet connection - Warnings about app not having contact with X-trafik I have a one plus Nord if that matters.

The app is not working sometimes I can't buy a ticket and it doesn't show up the right timing of when the buss is coming I hope they fix it!
