I don't understand why NUH forced users to use this app. The previous booking system was better since you didn't have to do everything on a tiny phone screen. Worse, not every person has a smartphone. Now, if you can't make an appointment on the app (such as when there are the all too frequent connectivity issues), a team assigns you a time and date, then mails you the details. No consideration for your schedule though. Please just allow online appointment management.

I have all my different check-ups at the Alexandra Hospital, and I use the app functions to do the reshedules of appointments, registration, etc, etc. I find the app is very convenient, the services of the hospital staff are so far, very good and courteous, and the hospital itself is very clean, orderly, and peaceful environment.

I like the app and it has done well, but it always seems that my records are incomplete or just gone missing. I have several physio letters that just don't exist anymore, and medical records stored here aren't complete. I had a surgery done in public hospitals, with memos and diagnosis made, but just not stored in this database. I had allergies test done in NUH that is just missing from my files. it's the random gaps in info that I don't understand. pls reach out if you are keen to find out.
