Extremely disappointing experience. For the past two days, my transaction has been stuck in “pending” with no option to cancel. Customer support is unresponsive despite claiming to offer 24×7 assistance, and even emails go unanswered. I urgently needed this payment to go through for a medical emergency, and the delay caused a lot of stress. Overall, this app is unreliable—save yourself the trouble and choose a better alternative.

"One of the worst apps I've ever used for money transfer. I sent money to my home country through this app, and even after 28 hours, it hasn't been credited. When I tried contacting their customer care, all they kept saying was, 'Sorry for the delay, it will be credited,' with no proper explanation or resolution. If you need to send money instantly, avoid using this app. Very disappointing experience.

Best exchange rates. Good app experience. But if you ever, ever, need money for emergencies, please DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. 3 out of 5 times the money will reach in minutes, the other 2 times when you need it urgently, this will let you down big time. It's happened to me multiple times where it's taken more than 24hrs. I would never use it for emergencies.
